I receive treatment at the Hampton VA Hospital. My experiences have not been particularly good. They don't answer the phone or they hang up when you do get through. Calls are not returned if you leave a message. Getting a prescription to take to an outside pharmacist is difficult.

Doctors or other providers, in some cases, don't seem to know what they are doing. While it is what one might expect of a system so large and bureaucratic, it sure seems like they could do a better job. All are polite and smiles, no rudeness whatsoever, they just are not responsive if anything outside of their routine occurs.

Comments? Am I expecting too much?
