Last night as I was tucking the girls into bed, Lissy requested my usual rendition of "A Few of My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music." The dimmed lights cast shadows on the wall, a perfect stage for my doggie shadow puppet to sing "...when the dog bites, when the bee stings...".
